Melody is a former competitive runner who has been training for over 20 years. She is a N.A.S.M. Certified Master Trainer with a Bachelors in Nutritional Science from the University of Arizona. She always brings an upbeat attitude to every class and training session.

Ian is a N.A.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer who found his passion in fitness after having some big weight loss. He has taken his passion for nutrition and fitness and brought it to the gym to help others reach their goals.

Robert is an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Training, Sports Conditioning, Sports Nutrition and Weight Management. He has over 20 years experience in the gym.
