We offer classes for every level and provide quality certified trainers to teach every class.


Aqua Aerobics

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
10am – 11am

Aqua will focus on strengthening muscle while the low intensity aqua will focus on stretching. Working in the water increases lean tissue and fat-free mass while burning fat tissue for energy, which results in a more effective aerobic capacity, muscle flexibility and joint mobility with a full range of motion. 

Body Fit

8:30am – 9:30am

Instructor: Melody

A high energy class that will burn calories and sculpt lean muscle, with a focus on all muscle groups that will include free weights, bands, boxes, and body weight movements.

Cardio Sculpt

Mondays, Wednesdays
6:30am – 7:15am

Interval training with cardio movements for complete body toning.

Fit for Life/ Power Walking

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
9:35am – 10:35am

This class is a video based class. Low impact fitness with range of motion while toning muscle and burning calories.

Designed to work the areas affected by arthritis and help with range of motion while toning muscle and burning calories. This class also gives you the option of using a chair. 


Strength and Conditioning

Mondays, Wednesdays
6:15pm – 7:15pm

Each class will include a different circuit, and challenging intervals. Equipment, and exercises used for this class include sleds, kegs, battle roes, hill sprints, sand bags, farmers carry, boxing pad work combinations, and core training.

Music is the ultimate motivator. It pushes you through your workout, though one last rep and then one more. We synced the moves in a high-intensity workout to a beat.
